NEWS Tampere, 3.11.2005 Japan enters a new era of clean energy Puhdas Energia Oy and Miike Iron Works Ltd. have signed a contract for the delivery of a 1 MW retrofit gasifier. The gasifier will be used for drying seaweed and sawdust for a pellet mill. The plant will serve as a demonstration system for other potential clients in Japan. The sale represents a significant entrance of bio gasification technology into the Japanese market and is expected to be followed by several new sales during 2006.
